Schools are led by three Executive Directors of Schools who participate as members of the Superintendent’s Leadership Team to manage school-based programs and curriculum, oversee the development, coordination, implementation, and maintenance of major educational programs to improve student achievement, monitor the performance of schools, provide professional leadership development to principals and teachers, provide performance-based evaluations, and best practices for instructional programs.

- Engage In the development of Principal and Teacher professional development to promote and improve classroom teaching and learning.

- Work with Principals in the development, implementation, and evaluation of school improvement plans.
