2011-12 Equity Assessment
Highline Public Schools has completed an equity assessment and organizational culture audit during the 2011-12 school year. The district contracted with educational consulting firm Working on Behalf of Kids (WBK) to conduct the assessment with a narrow scope of inquiry: how does our district's culture impact our ability to close opportunity and achievement gaps?

WBK has identified key opportunities for continued improvement in equity. WBK has also identified key obstacles and limitations to our ability to achieve equitable outcomes for all students in Highline Public Schools.
