Mission Statement
The mission of the Evergreen Campus Library is to educate every student and expect excellence by collaborating with students and staff to provide the resources and technology needed to succeed, and by promoting a love of reading and lifelong learning.
Visiting the Library
Students may visit the library any time before school, after school, and during their lunch period without a pass. During class time, students must have a signed planner or pass from their teacher to come to the library. It is our expectation that the library’s rules will be followed or students will be returned to class.
Checking Out Books
Students may borrow as many books as they can personally be responsible for at a time. We do not charge fines for overdue books; however, if a student has an overdue item, he or she may not check out any more books until the items are returned.. Books are considered lost and a replacement cost posted to the student’s permanent record after being overdue 30 or more school days. If a book is returned after being declared lost the fee will be promptly removed from their permanent record.
