If you are an unaccompanied youth or you and your children do not have a fixed, regular and adequate nighttime residence, please fill out the McKinney-Vento student Housing Questionnaire and return it to your child's school office.
You may qualify for services through the McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act. This form was sent home with our students earlier this year, so you may have already completed it.
