REGISTRATION AND IMMUNIZATION INFORMATION:
New to Sylvester?
Have you moved into the Sylvester service area from Cascade, Pacific or Chinook? If so, simply bring in a copy of proof of address to Sylvester and we will obtain student records from those schools for you.
If you are enrolling from a school outside of the Highline School District, we need a complete enrollment packet. Pick up a packet from the Sylvester office and return it when complete. Please be prepared to provide the following:
- Birth Certificate
- Proof of Address
- Report card from prior school
- Immunizations
- IEP (if applicable)
