The Communications Office supports schools and students by coordinating communication with families, staff, and our community.
 
Catherine Carbone Rogers Catherine Carbone Rogers, Chief Communications Officer: Catherine is responsible for strategies to support strong communication between schools, families and central office, and to foster community support for Highline schools. Responsibilities include communications strategy, district-wide communications systems, media relations, crisis communications, and community input on major district initiatives. 
Tove Tupper
Tove Tupper, Assistant Director: Tove plans and implements communication programs for the district. She manages digital communication including social media, email newsletters, the website, mobile app, and notification system. She develops content for digital and print publications and produces district-level videos. Tove also supports schools and departments with their communication needs. 
Mandi LeCompte
Mandi LeCompte, Communications Manager: Mandi develops web and social media content and writes for district publications. She supports schools by drafting letters to families regarding school incidents and supports departments with communications materials and products. Mandi also supports teachers and staff as they use the website as a communication tool.
Rosie Eades
Rosie Eades, Communications Specialist: Rosie manages all communication about the district's capital facilities bond projects. This includes creating content for the website, monthly email newsletters, and printed publications. 
Tiffany Baisch
Tiffany Baisch, Communications Assistant: Tiffany approves electronic flyers, manages distribution of district communication materials to schools, and writes and posts Shortcuts submissions. Contact her with any general communications questions.
