Policy 3410 - STUDENT HEALTH

The superintendent or designee shall arrange for health services for all students. Such services shall include, but are not limited to:

  1. Maintenance of student health records;
  2. Development of procedures at each building for the isolation and temporary care of students who become ill during the school day;
  3. Consulting services of a licensed healthcare provider and/or Registered Nurse;
  4. Vision (both distance and near) and hearing screening; and
  5. Immunization records and screening.
