Complaints received by the School Board or a Board Director shall be referred to the Superintendent for investigation.
The Superintendent or designee shall develop procedures to handle complaints concerning staff or programs. The procedures shall provide that these complaints shall be dealt with quickly and thoroughly.
Complaints about the Superintendent should be submitted directly to the School Board President. Complaints regarding instructional materials should be pursued in the manner outlined in Policy & Procedure 2020, Curriculum Development & Instructional Materials.
