Policy 5310 - SALARY COMPENSATION
The superintendent or designee shall annually review the salary schedules for all staff and recommend revisions or changes to the board as needed. Copies of salary schedules shall be available upon request. The superintendent is authorized to develop guidelines to credit past service for placement on salary schedules for those schedules which have experience increment provisions.
