The district shall pay full-time staff in twelve equal installments on or before the first working day of each month. If a new employee has a serious financial need, a partial payment may be made at the discretion of the district. Appropriate adjustments will be made as necessary throughout the year.

Should a certificated employee's contract be terminated before the completion of the contract term, the employee will receive a salary which bears the same ratio to the whole salary as the number of days of service bears to the total number of contractual days in the employee's individual contract unless otherwise reduced by disciplinary action.
