Students will attend schools in the service area in which they reside. Exceptions will be granted based upon the district's Student Assignment and Transfer Policy (3132) and Procedures (3132P). Exceptions will be made for students who are granted a transfer under one of the district's approved transfer categories.

All elementary students who were granted "open enrollment" transfers through the 1988-89 school year are assigned to the school they are currently attending through the highest grade level of that school.

All middle school and high school students who were granted "open enrollment" transfers through the 1989-90 school year are assigned to the school they will be attending through the highest grade level of that school.
