- Gym ceiling painted; ductwork installation is underway.
- Science classroom cabinets installed.
- Mass timber beams and columns in the commons sealed.
- Drywall 90% complete; painting ongoing.
- HVAC ductwork and window frames installed on the pedestrian bridge.
- Bathroom ceramic tiling finished.
- Exterior sunshades installed above classroom building windows.

Next Steps
- Temporary heat will be installed to support drywall and painting.
- Elevator installation beginning in the classroom building.
- Concrete for bus loop curbs and path will be poured in early October.
- Water damage repairs from the May vandalism are ongoing, with the recovery timeline shared on September 20.
We are within budget and on schedule to welcome students in September 2025.
