A number of local food banks are supporting families and students with food during the coronavirus outbreak. Below is a list of locations.

Des Moines Area Food Bank
Serving residents of Des Moines, SeaTac, Normandy Park and Kent, the Des Moines Area Food Bank is offering free food to families on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:00 to 11:45 a.m., and on the third Thursday of the month from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Visit the food bank's website or call 206-878-2660 for more information.
Highline Area Food Bank
Serving residents of the Highline area, encompassing parts of Burien, SeaTac and Normandy Park, the Highline Area Food Bank is offering free food to families on Tuesday from 12:00 to 2:30 p.m., Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., and the second Thursday of the month from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. Visit the food bank's website or call 206-433-9900 for more information.
Salvation Army Food Pantry
Salvation Army serves low-income residents of White Center as well as people who are homeless. Stop by on weekdays from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. Visit the food pantry's website or call 206-767-3150 for more information.
Serving residents of Tukwila, SeaTac, Burien and Boulevard Park, the Tukwila Pantry is open Tuesdays, Thursday and Saturdays from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. and Thursday for a free dinner from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Visit the food pantry's website or call 206-431-8293 for more information.
White Center Food Bank
The White Center Food Bank serves residents who live between SW Myrtle St (in West Seattle) to 140th St SW (in Burien), between Puget Sound and Highway 509. The food bank is open on Mondays from 12:00 to 3:45 p.m., and Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. The baby pantry is open on Monday from 12:00 to 3:00 p.m., and Wednesday and Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. No-cook bans are available weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Visit the food bank's website or call 206-762-2848 for more information.
Northwest Harvest is offering free groceries and meals to families and students at their SODO Community Market location. You can pick up pre-bagged produce, prepared foods, and shelf-stable groceries right at the door–no need to enter the grocery area. All are welcome and no ID is required.
