The deadline to apply for Highline’s Schools and Programs of Choice is tomorrow, January 31. From maritime studies and aerospace exploration to hands-on career programs, virtual learning, and small, personalized environments, there’s a pathway designed to fit how students learn best.

📢 FLASH Curriculum Info Night
In Highline, we teach comprehensive sexual health education in alignment with state law and district policy. FLASH is our curriculum that meets state requirements for sexual health education, which is taught in grades 4-12. Families may opt out of any or all sexual health lessons. Learn more at our Sexual Health Education Night for Families on February 10, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at our Central Office, 15675 Ambaum Boulevard SW in Burien.
✅Secondary Semester Grades
Semester 1 ended on January 29 for students in grades 6-12. Teachers will now finalize grades. Your student’s Semester 1 report card will be available in ParentVUE on Thursday, February 5. If you need help with ParentVUE access, contact your school.

📅 School Board Meeting Schedule
You are welcome to join the Highline School Board and superintendent at a school board meeting. All school board meetings are held at the Central Office, 15675 Ambaum Boulevard SW in Burien, typically every other Wednesday, from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. The next meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 11. All regular board business meetings, work sessions and public hearings are public, and everyone is encouraged to attend.
