⚠️ Verify Your Student’s Contact & Health Information
Your action is required! Families are required to annual verify student emergency information and submit updated health information. This ensures we have a current home address, phone number, emergency contact and health information on file. This info helps us keep students safe while at school and is essential for schools to notify you quickly.
