🏫First Day of Preschool
The first day of preschool is Monday, September 14. Don’t forget to share your first day photos with us using #BackToSchoolHighline.
💻More About the Capital Technology Levy
Highline's technology levy would resume local funding for the technology students, staff and schools use every day. Because state funding does not fully cover school technology costs, the levy will fund basic internet, cybersecurity, infrastructure, staff professional development, devices and technical support systems.
🙋Every School Day Matters
Being at school every day gives your child more opportunities to learn, build friendships, feel connected, and prepare for the future. Even missing just two days a month can add up over time and make it harder for students to keep up. Learn more about attendance resources on our website.
📖What Families Should Know About i-Ready
Throughout the school year, students take i-Ready Inform assessments in reading and math. We use the results, along with classroom learning and other information, to understand student strengths, growth and areas where they may need additional support or challenge. Learn more about i-Ready Inform assessments, testing windows and how results support your child’s learning.
