Higher Pay for Paraeducators

Paraeducators in Highline are getting a significant pay raise, starting with their September paychecks. The Highline School Board approved the increase Wednesday night. Our paraeducators will now earn a minimum of $25 an hour. We are currently hiring. Visit our Highline jobs website for a list of open positions.

Life After High School Night

High school students and families across the district are invited to join us for Life After High School Night! Learn about life after high school, internships and jobs on Wednesday, October 11 at Highline High School.

Help Us Plan for Future School Construction Projects

We need YOU! The Capital Facilities Advisory Committee (CFAC) is charged with recommending bond packages to the school board. CFAC recommendations resulted in voter approval in 2016 and 2022 to construct new schools. All Highline residents are invited to submit their names to the lottery to be part of CFAC by September 25. Interpretation support is available. We can’t do this without you! Find out more and submit your name.

The 2023-24 Family Calendar is Here

In response to family feedback last spring and consultation with the Family Action Committee, we are pleased to introduce an improved family calendar for the upcoming year.
