[MUSIC PLAYING] Hello, class of 2021. This message is just for you.

First of all, I want to say how proud I am of how you are continuing to show up and stay disciplined and take your classes and stay positive. I know it's been hard. I know this is not the senior year that you wanted. But it's really important to me and to your teachers, staff, families, everyone that you finish this year strong and that you are doing everything you need to do right now to make sure that you are on the path that you choose for yourself after graduation.

So first of all, if you are struggling, having a hard time keeping up with your schoolwork, please don't hesitate to reach out to your teacher, to your principal, even to me, and we can provide you with support. We do have now an opportunity for high school and middle school students to access online tutoring 24 hours a day at no cost. And your principal and teachers have that information and will be sharing it with you. So just there's lots of academic and emotional support for you from all of us here who care very much about your success.

Secondly, if you are planning to attend a two or four-year college next year and you have not completed the FAFSA, your financial aid form, please do that now. It is so important that you get access to all of the aid that you are entitled to. And again, if you have any questions about that, your counselor, your principal, your teacher can provide you with those resources. And at the end of this message, there's going to be a list of how you can access some of those resources yourself.

And finally, I'm sure you're all asking the question, what's graduation going to look like? I don't have that answer for you yet. But just know that we will make sure that whatever it looks like, and it will depend on what size groups the state allows us to have, that whatever it looks like, your graduation will be fabulous. It will be celebratory. It will be wonderful. So just know that we are making plans, and as we learn more, we will share more.

So with that, I just want to say once again how proud I am of you and hope that you stay safe and strong and healthy, and I look forward to seeing you in the weeks and months ahead and to celebrating you in June. Thank you.
