Our minimum group rental size is on a case by case basis depending on other rentals that may be happening at the same time and may be determined on your event type and length.

Meal service has a 50 person minimum. 

If you have less than the minimum required amount of people in your group you can still rent the facility as long as you agree to pay for our minimum group size requirement. 

Our maximum group size is 200 people. 

Waskowitz is owned by  the Highline School District. Due to the fact that we are a school, we are unable to allow alcohol or tobacco on our campus. Under the same guidelines, we have strict rules we must follow in our kitchen which prohibits outside food  prep in our kitchen. We have reach-in refrigeration and freezers available to store food. Please refer to the Meal Tab for further detail. 

We love pets! Unfortunately because we are a school, we can not allow pets on site.

Our cabins are an "H" shape with two cabins on each side, each sleeping approximately 15 campers. For our purposes we use divided them into male and female cabins, but depending on your group needs you can use them however you would like. There are bathrooms in the middle that are shared between the two sides. We provide the beds, you provide the linens! Please remember to bring a sleeping bag, linens, and pillow. 

Check in time is 3 pm and check out time is 1pm. This allows our wonderful facilities staff to make sure we are ready for the next group.

Please remember that we are a functioning school most of the year and get to introduce students to the wonder of the outdoors, so it might take us a few days to respond to your request and calendar dates may not be up to date.

For our summer user groups, we do have a pool on site that is the best way to cool down after some summer camp fun! If you want to use the pool you are required to hire and have a lifeguard on site.
