Kitchen & Meals
The Dining Hall is a community space for all groups onsite, and coordinated by Waskowitz staff. Groups under 70 people are subject to sharing camp with another group. If your group would like to rent out the entire facility please include that in your group information form.
Meals at Waskowitz
Our Waskowitz kitchen staff will develop a menu for your stay, based on kitchen inventory at the time. Our kitchen will happily receive input on your group's likes and dislikes and do our best to accommodate your requests. If there are specialty items you would like to include with your meal, we are often able to be flexible. Please note those requests directly in the rental request form.
Due to the fact that we are a school, our kitchen is required to follow strict guidelines enforced by the district. For this reason, we are unable to have user groups have full use of the kitchen. We do not offer food services on weekend days or holidays. On days when food service is not provided, a member of your group who has a food handlers permit, can use the food warmers. Groups who need to provide meals for days when meal service is not offered, can bring in outside food. We have a separate refrigerator and freezer for any group who needs to provide meals on a weekend or holiday.

Dietary Concerns
Our kitchen will happily accommodate dietary concerns of your group to the best of our ability. Vegetarian and dairy free options are available and our kitchen does not serve nuts. We have a salad bar for individuals who have dietary restrictions and find the options available do not meet their needs.
If you have more specific needs please work with our rentals coordinator to make a plan that works for your group. We encourage participants with specific needs to bring supplemental food and snacks that can be stored in our kitchen or the user group refrigerator, or freezer.

Meal Times
- Breakfast: 8:00 a.m.
- Lunch: 12:00 p.m.
- Dinner: 5:30 p.m.
