Fines & Fees
To pay for fines and fees for middle or high school students, log into Touchbase. There you can pay online for school or class fees, tuition, parking, and more. This online site will list any required fee and its purpose at the individual student’s school. Highline does not charge extracurricular fees. Procedure 3520 addresses how economic hardship can be addressed.

School Meals
To pay for school meals, log into MealTime. Our online portal allows convenient access to monitor account balances and meal activity. Prepayment for meals and single purchases such as milk is highly encouraged. Students may also pay with cash.
