The Washington Dream Coalition, Rising Monarchs King County Fellowship for undocumented high school students summer opportunity wants you to apply! Alongside peers, you will engage in reclaiming your story through story telling and art-making. You will also create organizing toolkits.
APPLICATION DEADLINE is JUNE 21st !
- Must be an undocumented student. (DACA-recipients or any form of work-permit holders qualify).
- Must reside in WA State, specifically live close to King County area.
- Must be able to commit to attend all dates listed.
- Must attend our Monarchs Fellows Celebration on July 24th in order to receive stipend.

You will receive a $1,000 stipend, an ORCA card for commuting via public transit, and food for the duration of the fellowship.
Interested in gaining office administration skills while being a part of the day to day operations of an airport? King County Airport High School internship program you will support with event planning and data for the development of programs and projects. You will also gain Business administration skills and be mentored by Program and Project administrators.

Interested in advocacy and wanting to be a part of a cohort of community leaders? The Civic Voices Fellowship with Fuse, Washington is designed for individuals to register and mobilize voters in underrepresented communities. This four-month program will carry out community and voter engagement in South King County. You will get to work with a community organization, a voter registration drive at a designated college campus, and conduct outreach in communities!

Rising Star Project offers students the chance to develop professional skills through the process of producing and performing a show on The 5th Avenue Theatre main stage. Beyond being entirely student-performed, the 2019 Rising Star Project production of West Side Story will be run by a student technical crew and supported by a team of students who have taken on roles in marketing, development, producing, creative, and casting. All participants are trained and mentored by dedicated professionals at The 5th Avenue Theatre.
