Become a Highline Public Schools VOICES intern to gain work experience this spring. Interns will be placed at local organization or business to complete internship service in-person/virtually. You’ll receive professional development through a workshop series and workbook to identify skills needed to succeed in the workplace. Please see additional details below:
Must be a current 10-12th grade student within Highline Public Schools.
Complete the four required learning objectives: internship service, professional development workshop series, workbook and internship project/presentation.
You will be asked to provide a Social Security number (SSN) and/or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) to receive the $500 stipend award.
Receive a Highline Public Schools VOICES Certificate of Completion and academic credit at end of internship service.
Must be able to attend mandatory Orientation in-person on Wednesday, February 16 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. in Burien and present at the VOICES Showcase on Wednesday, June 1.
