Congratulations, Class of 2021!
Update: As of Monday, June 7, we are now able to accommodate three guests per graduate. Guests will need to enter together and use the same ticket.
Due to the most recent Department of Health guidance, each graduate received one ticket that will admit three guests. Graduation guests must enter the venue together using a single ticket. Tickets are distributed through schools. Please note, that physical tickets say they admit two guests, they will now admit three. We look forward to having more guests to celebrate our graduates.
Guests will sit in socially distanced pods. Pods are defined as three guests of the same graduate, sitting together in marked seating areas.
Masks will be required for all guests and graduates. Extra masks will be available if needed. Students and families are encouraged to arrive with masks on.
Parking and Shuttle information
graduations at Performing Arts Center - Parking
We have limited on-site parking at the Performing Arts Center for students, staff, and guests off of S. 152nd. There is an overflow lot across the street. Moshier Field parking will not be available for these ceremonies.
Same household carpooling is encouraged.
graduations at Highline Memorial Stadium - Parking
Guests can park at the Performing Arts Center and overflow parking lots off of S. 152nd and walk south to the stadium entrance– walking path is through the PAC lot, close to the baseball field border (see below).
Moshier Field Parking (entrance off of S. 156th) is reserved for guests with an ADA placard and shuttles. Graduation staff and ceremony dignitaries can also park here with a parking pass.
All graduates must ride the bus from their school site. After the ceremony, all graduates are required to load the bus back to the school. Graduates and guests will reunite at their school site.
graduations at Highline Memorial Stadium - Shuttle
Due to limited parking, families can park at their school site and will be shuttled to the stadium via bus.
Shuttles will depart an hour and a half before the ceremony. Please prioritize arriving at the school site with adequate time for shuttle transportation.
There will be plenty of on-site parking at the school. ADA accessible buses are available for shuttle. Masks are required (for those over 2 years old) to ride the shuttles. Graduates will have their own student-only shuttle buses.
The complimentary shuttles are for Saturday and Sunday ceremonies at the Stadium only; no shuttles for smaller schools using the Performing Arts Center as the ceremony site.
