Their work is essential to our Highline Promise—ensuring that every student is known by name, strength and need, and graduates prepared for the future they choose.
School counselors foster a culture of belonging, making sure every student feels welcome, valued and safe. They provide academic, social and emotional support. They also help students navigate challenges, build resilience and set goals.
