Elementary Family Update for February 19

On March 1, students in PreK through 1st grade will begin in-person learning.

We will phase in other elementary grades in the weeks after March 1.

  • Grades 2 and 3 will begin at least two weeks after March 1.
  • Grades 4 and 5 will begin at least two weeks after Grades 2 and 3.

We will keep you informed about starting dates for grades 2 through 5 as we know more.

The following is important information you need to know for this transition.

Online Registration

To make sure we are keeping all students safe while at school it is required that all families returning to in-person learning complete Online Registration. Thank you to those who have already completed this step.

Online registration requires you to review, verify and update your students’ information. This process does not affect your student’s current enrollment status, but ensures we have updated home address, phone number, emergency contact and health information on file.

Complete Online Registration by logging into ParentVue.

If you have yet to set up ParentVue, please reach out to your school for support.

Change in Assignment Process

Families attending schools in-person or remotely may request a change in assignment:

  • From remote to in-person

Photo Opt Out

We want to remind you about how to opt your student out of photos and videos. If you do not want the school district to disclose directory information, including your student’s photo or video image, without prior written consent, you must notify your school in writing. This includes sharing directory information with media outlets, partner organizations and the school yearbook.
