📖 Free Books for Kids Under 5
Through Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, families with children ages 5 and under can receive free books by mail — no matter your income. This program is being funded for another year by the state Superintendent of Public Instruction. Learn more and sign up.
🗳️ Voters to Decide on Local School Levy Renewal This November
On July 2, the Highline School Board unanimously voted to place a local funding measure on the November 2025 ballot. If approved by voters, the levy would renew local funding for educational programs, services and staff — filling the gap between what the state provides and what is needed to fund basic educational programs, services and staff.
