We are developing a plan for students in Pre-K through grade 5 to return for partial-day instruction in small groups to allow for physical distancing.
We do not have a firm date for a return, but it would be no sooner than February. Our decision on a return date will be based on public health guidance and the spread of the virus in our community. You will have the option to keep your student in Distance Learning for the rest of the school year if you choose.
Please complete this survey to help us estimate the number of students who plan to return for part-time in-person instruction. This survey will ask for your student’s name, grade and school so we can plan for adequate staff, but this is not a final commitment. You will have an opportunity to learn more about the final plan and make a commitment after the first of the year.
For more information about the school day and safety plans, please visit our website. Students would learn in small groups for part of the day and remotely the other half of the day. For the safety of your children, we will not be serving lunch or having recess on site.
Please complete the survey by Tuesday, December 22.
Note this is only for elementary students. Public Health does not recommend a return for middle and high school students at this time.
