Today and every day we are grateful for our support staff—our behind-the-scenes heroes—bus drivers, paraeducators, kitchen helpers, office staff, custodians, and more.
In the last 12 months, our school support staff has gone above and beyond to serve our students, families and fellow staff members. In honor of Education Support Professionals Week, we want to share a special thank you to our school support staff for helping us through the pandemic.
Paraeducators, thank you for continuing to show up for our students every day to support their learning, both in-person and virtually.
Custodians, thank you for keeping our schools, classrooms and workspaces safe, clean and sanitized.
Kitchen staff, thank you for preparing and distributing more than 1.5 million meals during the pandemic, ensuring students continue to have nutritious food.
Facilities, maintenance and grounds crews, thank you for maintaining our school grounds and ensuring our schools have the cleaning supplies they need.
Bus drivers and monitors, thank you for delivering meals, driving students to and from school, and wiping down rows and rows of seats after each route.
Office staff, thank you for answering the many family and staff questions, organizing learning packet distribution and so much more!
Safety and security staff, thank you for keeping our school communities safe every day.
Other support staff, thank you for providing our students with a sense of security and normalcy as they navigate their school day from start to finish.
Thank you to everyone who gives of themselves every day to ensure our students are safe, healthy and ready to learn. We could not operate our schools without you.
