Tour the New Evergreen
Evergreen High School's Community Grand Opening is scheduled for Thursday, October 9, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.
This drop-in event offers self-guided tours. It's an opportunity for community members from the White Center, Burien and greater Highline communities to visit the new school building. Explore classrooms, labs, and gathering spaces in our brand-new building.
Constructed with funding from the 2022 school bond, the replacement project opened on time and on budget.
In addition to their punch list, crews are focused on completing the main entrance parking lot and constructing new baseball and softball fields in the southwest corner -- where the original school once stood. The main parking lot is estimated for completion in November, depending on weather. The ball fields are slated to be finished next spring.
