Regular employees of Highline Public Schools are paid once a month in an annualized format.
Compensation earned by working during the school year is spread evenly from the start of employment through the end of the school year calendar and is paid out once a month through the summer. This ensures those eligible for benefits continue to receive coverage and a paycheck through the summer months.
