This report aims to help us understand our turnover data through the lens of our strategic plan, goals, workforce strategies, and Highline-specific context. The report acts as a launch pad for systems improvement at all levels.
Based on the findings, Human Resources is developing targeted actions plans with departmental and school-based stakeholders to positively influence staff retention. These action plans address concerns raised by exiting employees.
