Income Survey

Every form submission counts. Some school funding is based on family income data. Every eligible form submitted means dollars for your family and your schools.

Funds tied to Income Surveys bring in money for your school to pay for:

  • Before and after-school programs.
  • Additional paraeducators and support staff.
  • Family engagement staff and activities.
  • Resources for classrooms, teachers and children.

Completing the survey could also reduce your fees for:

  • Athletics participation.
  • ASB cards.
  • Extracurricular activities.
  • Technology fines.

Highline Public Schools has been approved for the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) program for the 2023-24 school year. All enrolled students on campus can receive a breakfast and lunch at no charge each school day, regardless of family or household income.

The school district is not collecting applications for free and reduced meals. However, certain school funding is based on family income data. This is why it is important for you to complete an Income Survey (available in English and Spanish).

Your Privacy

Only designated staff will be informed of the student's eligibility for the sole purpose of providing additional financial assistance and support. Providing this consent is OPTIONAL and does not affect your child(ren)'s access to no-cost meals.
