Meal Application & Income Survey - Complete Here

It's more than a meal application.

Completing an application takes less than 10 minutes and parents only need to complete on Meal Application.

Every Form Submission Counts! Every eligible form that is not submitted means lost resources for our schools. Filling out the School Meal Application may help provide:

  • Support for Nutrition Services Programing
  • Before and After School Academic & Enrichment Programs
  • Guidance and College Counselors
  • Health and Wellness Services
  • Fee Waivers for College Applications and Admissions Tests
  • Resources for Classrooms, Teachers, and Children

This school year we are participating in the Seamless Summer Option (SSO) meal program which is sponsored by the USDA. Breakfast and lunch are available at no cost for ALL students.

Applying for Meal Benefits and More

Families must reapply each year. The online application only takes a few minutes and is the fastest, easiest way to get approved. Need assistance completing an application? Call us at 206-631-3228.

Find your household size on the list to the right. If your income is less than the income listed for your household size, you may qualify for meal benefits and should complete an application.
