Committee Reviews Pacific Design

The Pacific Middle School Design Review Committee met again with Hutteball + Oremus Architecture.

The committee provided feedback on the design and room layout for the new school.

Skanska Selected as GC/CM

In September, we selected Skanska to serve as the general contractor and construction manager (GC/CM), so they can coordinate with the architects at an early stage of the Pacific construction project. Demolition and construction will begin in September 2025.

Pacific moves to the Olympic Interim Site for two years during construction.
