Pacific Middle School will host a groundbreaking ceremony and a last walk through the existing school on Tuesday, June 3.
After 65 years of service, demolition and construction of a new school will begin in July.
Following the groundbreaking ceremony on June 3, alumni and community members are welcome to take a last walk through the existing school. Some spaces will be open, including the library, gym, cafeteria and several classrooms.
Ice cream will be provided by Vanir Construction Management. RSVP to help us anticipate the number of attendees.
After the last day of school on June 25, Pacific staff and students will move to the Olympic Interim Site for two years, during construction of the new school.
The new Pacific Middle School, funded by the voter-approved 2022 bond, is slated to open in September 2027.
