Here’s a list of information to help Highline High School students and families plan for a successful first day of school at the Olympic Interim Site.
Starting in fall 2019, HHS students will attend school at the Olympic Interim Site located at 615 S 200th Street, Des Moines, WA 98198. Our website and phone number will not change. We will be at Olympic while our new school is being built. Bus transportation to Olympic is available to all Highline High School students.
Download a pdf map of the Olympic Interim Site, with classroom numbers and arrows showing where to drop off students.
Look up your bus pickup/dropoff locations and times online.
Please enter our Olympic Interim Site using the main 2-way entrance on South 200th Street. Drive slowly and follow signs for "Student Drop-off and Pick-Up." Buses will be routed to the right in the "Buses Only" lane next to the curb closest to the school buildings. Cars and buses then will proceed to the exit-only lanes back on to South 200th Street.
Designated parking for staff, visitors and students is available. Student drivers with a parking pass may use the main entrance, then turn right to access the additional parking lot behind the gym.
Juniors and seniors are eligible for on-campus parking permits. Please purchase passes in the Main Office from the bookkeeper before school starts, during lunch or after school. Parking passes are $35.
Juniors and seniors are automatically eligible for off-campus lunch privileges. Students in 9th and 10th grades remain on campus during lunch.
Students will receive their class schedules on the first day of school and a map of the site with classroom numbers.
