Welcome to STEM
STEM is the acronym for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. We support the district, schools, and classrooms in science and mathematics learning and teaching. Our team works together with administrators and teachers to increase opportunities for students to apply science, technology, engineering and mathematics to real-world problems. We believe a successful STEM program has a coherent set of standards and curriculum, a supportive system of assessment and accountability, teachers with high capacity to teach in their discipline, adequate instructional time, and equal access to high-quality STEM learning opportunities.
