Cascade and Glacier Middle School Counselors have teamed up to bring our families a free screening of the new documentary, Angst, Raising Awareness Around Anxiety.

Angst is a film-based education program designed to raise awareness around anxiety, with an emphasis on youth and families. The film includes interviews with kids, teens, experts, and parents. Our goal is to help people identify and understand the symptoms of anxiety and encourage them to reach out for help. We will be showing the film, which will promptly be followed by a panel discussion and include access to further resources and materials.

Participants Wanted

Researchers at SEattle Children's want to learn how to best support children in being active and outdoors during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is a study to create safe physical activity in nature to meet the needs of families with middle school age children. Research is always voluntary!
Participants will receive a $50 gift card as a thank you!
