    New Varicella (Chickenpox) Requirement Information:
    Starting in the 2016-17 school year, all high school students are required to have two doses of varicella (chickenpox) vaccine. All students in kindergarten - 8th grade have already been required to get two doses of varicella vaccine. Students who have already received two doses of varicella vaccine are not required to get more shots.
