Watch for Teacher Communication
Teachers are reaching out to all students and families as part of our new distance learning plan. Please be on the lookout to ensure you don’t miss anything.
- Pay attention to blocked phone calls. For privacy, teachers may block their caller ID from personal cell phones when contacting you. If teachers miss you, they will leave a voicemail.
- Don’t delete or skim over emails from “Synergy No Reply.” Teachers are sending messages through Synergy, our student information system. You will receive an alert by email. The email will come from Synergy, rather than the teacher’s name. To view the message, open the email and click the link.
- Download ParentVUE & StudentVUE. Our mobile apps for students and families allow you to message teachers quickly, check grades and other information. Find these in your phone’s app store.
- Reach out to teachers and principals directly. Don’t feel like you have to wait to hear from our teachers. If you have a question or need something, please email or call them directly. Contact information, including emails and phone numbers, is available for all teachers in the staff directory of each school website.

The meal site at Evergreen High School is closing tomorrow, Thursday, April 2. Families and students are encouraged to stop by the meal site at nearby Cascade Middle School from 12:00 to 12:30 p.m.
Next week during spring break, meals will be served by community partners at different locations. We will share more information and locations tomorrow.
Spring Break April 6-10
A reminder that next week is spring break. Teachers and classified support staff will not be working or communicating with students and families.
Today is Census Day! Please complete the census online. You should have received a mailing from the U.S. Census Bureau with your household’s unique code. The census is a count of everyone living in the U.S. It is critical that everyone is counted--funding for schools, community services, and representation in Congress depends on it!. It is completely anonymous and confidential. Your information will not be shared.
