In Case You Missed It: September 2 Webinar
Thank you to everyone who tuned into our family webinar yesterday. You can watch a recording of the webinar and view presentation slides on our website. Closed captioning and a transcript will be added to the recording next week.
Will the live instruction periods be recorded for students to watch later?
Yes. We understand family schedules may get in the way of a student participating live some days. Lessons will be recorded to be watched by students at later dates. When students access recorded lessons they will not be counted absent for that day, even if they missed the live instruction session.

Our Tech Levy and Our Equity Work
Our transition to Distance Learning spotlights equity and the technology gap.
Students need devices and internet access to connect with teachers and instruction during Distance Learning. We are committed to getting technology into the hands of every student who needs a device and working with partners to ensure internet access this fall.
This is an incredible push to equip all of our students with digital access to learning. It is clear that digital equity is a new and critical part of increasing equity in education. That is one of the reasons why our school board decided to place Prop. 1, a 2-year technology levy, on November election ballots in Highline. Get informed here: highlineschools.org/techlevy
