Late yesterday we learned that Sprint internet hotspots are experiencing difficulty with Zoom calls. This is a nationwide issue. Sprint is working to fix the problem.
Students who are using Sprint hotspots will not be able to access live video instruction, but they will be able to phone into Zoom sessions with audio only. They can also access the instruction later by watching a recording of the lesson or in another format the teacher posts. If you are not sure how to access these alternatives, please contact your teacher for assistance.
