Back to School Resources
As we plan for the start of hybrid learning we have some important information and reminders.
Transportation
If you qualify for transportation, find your route information on our transportation website. If you need support, please reach out to the transportation department at 206-631-7502.
Kindergarten students must be met at the bus stop by an adult through March 26.
School Safety Plan
Our school safety plan has more details on safety measures, including instructions for entering the school building, staff and student health screenings, cleaning protocols, ventilation, and much more.
Health Screening Form
Before students enter school each day, they must have a completed health screening form. Parents and guardians are encouraged to submit the electronic form at least 30 minutes prior to the start of school.
We will send a daily email and text message with a link to your school's form. You can also find a link to the form on our website. For quick access to the form, follow these steps to save a link on your smartphone.
Saving the Health Screening Form to a Smartphone
Students will be screened at school if a form is not completed before they arrive.
When to Stay Home
Anyone who is sick or has any COVID-like symptoms should stay home. Please review the public health guidance and symptom flow chart.
COVID Dashboard
We have a new tool to track positive COVID cases among staff and students working and learning in our schools and facilities. The dashboard displays several data points including positive test results by date and by location.
By following contact tracing protocols established by Public Health - Seattle & King County, public health professionals are able to identify whether a COVID case was transmitted at school or outside of school.
